I try to be super transparent with our retail schedule but I know it is confusing! Our business is based on the foundation of pre orders. We specialize in custom cookies that usually involve a tremendous about of detail and planning so we gather that information in an order request ahead of time. For Holidays, we set designs and offer a pre order sale on our website so that we can mass produce and while they are still very time consuming eliminating the design step allows us to create thousands of cookies for more people to enjoy. So here is a quick guide on how to get cookies:
Custom Cookie Orders
If you are looking to order custom cookies you must pre order your cookies. We need time to design, and make sure can accommodate your order. We ask for a minimum of two weeks, but if we can accommodate a short notice order we will! As we head into Christmas we expect to close all custom orders in November for the year. Get those 2024 order in now! All custom orders are a request first. We review the details and follow up with cooking confirmation and invoicing or notice that we cannot take on the order. Our response time is typically up to two business days.
Holiday Cookie Orders
We set designs ahead of the holiday season to maximixe efficiency during our busiest time of the year. You can expect to be able to pre order on our website shop ahead of the holiday. Pre ordering closes the week ahead of our in person sale. Our standard in person retail schedule is to be open the Friday before a Holiday from 10am-2pm. For Christmas, we are open Friday and Saturdays ahead of Christmas in Decmeber. This design allows us to meet high demands for the holidays with a perishable product.
