You know that magical moment in class when someone's eyes light up? When they finally nail that cookie design they've been practicing, or when they understand exactly why their pie crust is flaky this time? That's what keeps me going. Those moments of pure joy and connection in the kitchen are everything.
2024 has been incredible - our classes have been consistently full, and our custom cookie orders have been non-stop. (Thank you all so much!) But here's the thing: we've hit our limit on how many people we can teach in person, how many cookies we can decorate, and honestly, how many cups of coffee I can drink to keep up! 😅
That's why our word for 2025 is RADIATE.
We're taking everything that makes our in-person classes special - the detailed technique training, the science behind why recipes work, the fun of learning together, and yes, even my bad kitchen humor - and we're making it available digitally. Finally, we can reach all of you who've been wanting to join our classes but couldn't make it work with distance or scheduling!
Why RADIATE? Because that's what happens when you gain confidence in the kitchen. It shows in how you approach recipes, how you handle challenges, and most importantly, in how you share your creations with others. Food has this amazing power to bring people together, to create moments of connection and joy. That's always been at the heart of what we do at Dani's Kitchen Shop.
In 2025, we'll be launching our more digital courses. Whether you want to master cookie decorating, understand the science of baking, or just gain more confidence in the kitchen, we're creating something for you.
